Yoga styles are based on Vinyasa and Hatha practices. The benefits include, but are not limited to building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility. These practices also work with the physical body to release tension and create balance, while creating a greater space for mind-body connection.
The practice consists of smooth transitions, and variations of deep stretches, back bends, arm balance, inversion poses and relaxation. Our teachers have the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class exciting and different.
Energizing Flow Yoga (all levels welcome)
A fitness-based approach to vinyasa- style Yoga. Energizing Flow Yoga includes lots of vinyasas (series of poses done in sequence) but gives each teacher the flexibility to teach any poses in any order, making every class different. Energizing Flow Yoga puts emphasis on strength and flexibility.
Slow Flow Yoga (beginner & all levels welcome)

Tranquil Yoga (all levels welcome)
It will be a bit of a fast paced class at the beginning paired with more energizing music and the second half of class will be slower paced with longer holds.uild a strong foundation for your practice with this class. Modifications, breath awareness and alignment instruction are offered in order to help you move more deeply into your yoga experience. Reconnecting to your body with a clear and focused mind creates a platform for transformation according to your needs. Providing a relaxing, restful, calming class with the use of breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This class is good for beginners and advanced attendees alike.
