About DōPurely Wellness Center

DōPurely Wellness Center opened in 2017. Our vision is to “Provide services, resources, and products that help promote a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle.” Our focus is to educate others on the benefits of dōTERRA Essential Oils. We also incorporate them in all of our services at DōPurely Wellness Center.

At DōPurely Wellness Center, we offer Therapeutic, Relaxation, and AromaTouch Massage. Massage therapy has many benefits; including but not limited to helping to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, lower stress, cleanse, and detox. Additionally, massage helps to improve body circulation and immune system functions.

DōPurely Wellness Center also provides classes in our Oils Studio about the benefits of dōTERRA Essential Oils. These classes range from Intro to Essential Oils, How to Properly Use Oils, Cooking with Oils to DIY Classes.

Some of our classes include:

Relaxation Massage

Release tension and lessen stress!

Relaxation (Swedish) Massage Therapy is made to help relieve tension, muscle strain, and overall stress.

Additionally, Relaxation massage techniques include circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, firm kneading, percussion-like tapping, bending and stretching. Before and during your Relaxation massage session, communication is encouraged with your professional massage therapist so that your massage is customized to your specific needs.

Therapeutic Massage

Focused pressue to promote healing.

Therapeutic massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck, upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Therapeutic massage can include deep tissue, trigger point, neuromuscluar, reflexology, and many more.

Therapeutic massage usually focuses on a specific problem, such as chronic muscle pain, injury rehabilitation, and the following conditions:

  • Low back pain
  • Limited mobility
  • Recovery from injuries (e.g. whiplash, falls)
  • Repetitive strain injury, such as carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Postural problems
  • and so much more....

Chair Massage

Release tension and lessen stress!

Massage is often used to reduce tension headaches and treat and even prevent chronic migraines. And a single 15-minute chair massage can promote increased blood circulation, lower blood pressure, and a strengthened immune system—benefits that you'll experience for days or even weeks after your treatment. The benefit of having chair massage, is also helpful for those that don't have quite the flexibility to move around on a table.

A chair massage is a fully clothed service and allows the client to receive massage at their comfort level.

A Japanese technique through which the practitioner channels Universal Life Force Energy to the client by means of touch. This energy helps to promote and restore physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Reiki helps to balance the chakra system and promote relaxation and stress reduction.

Usui Reiki

Promotes relaxation and overall well-being

In this hands on technique, the practitioner will channel universal life force energy to the client through various hand positions. This promotes the balance of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. We all have access to this life force energy, it is within us all. When the energy centers in our body become blocked or are not functioning as they should, it effects our body’s natural ability to heal itself. When these energy centers are balanced, the body is able to naturally heal itself.

    BASI Mat Pilates

    Stretch, strengthen, and tone!

    BASI Mat Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders. Mat Pilates series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support.

    Through a series of floor exercises using resistance bands and rings, the workout helps build, sculpt and tone these muscles, giving your body a long, lean look. Pilates can aid in flexibility and improving posture, as stretching your body is a vital part of class. While low-impact, Pilates burns fat during and after class, as your muscles continue to shed calories long after class ends.

    Mat pilates involves performing pilates exercises on the floor using a pilates, or yoga mat. ... The main fitness goals of a mat pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

    Silver Sneakers

    Silver Sneakers is a fitness classes designed for older adults—and led by certified instructors with special training. The goal of a Silver Sneakers class isn’t to make you break a sweat. It’s to help you move through life.

    Silver Sneakers focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

    Barre Fitness

    Renee is the owner and founder of DōPurely Wellness Center. As a Wellness Advocate, her vision is to educate people on the benefits of dōTERRA Essential Oils. Renee has taught numerous classes, has been asked to speak to various audiences and does consultations about dōTERRA Essential Oils. Renee is AromaTouch Technique certified.

    Renee is a Zumba, STRONG by Zumba, Zumbini, Pound and Pilates Instructor. Renee is also Adult & Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED certified. Renee is a wife and Mother of three children. Her love for her family and being able to share with others the gift of health and happiness is what brought her to dōTERRA, why she founded DoPurely and why she is so passionate about what she does. You will often see Renee and her husband Chris volunteering in the community. Renee is a cofounder of a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia that advocates for foster children and foster families. Keeping with Renee’s vision DoPurely enjoys being involved in and giving back to the community. DoPurely sponsors many nonprofit organizations within the state.

    Hello! My name is Sarah. I have always been into holistic ways of healing our bodies, which is what led me to become a massage therapist. I love that human touch alone can do so much for not only our physical self, but our emotional self as well. I officially got my massage license in March of 2017 and have been practicing since. Spending time in nature is one of my biggest passions, along with photography and writing. I believe there is so much beauty on this earth for us to appreciate and experience. I have been working with children with behavioral health needs for 6 years and I’m currently in college with an end goal to get my masters in social work, while continuing with massage.

I graduated from the Create Karma LEAP program in 2018, and have been practicing yoga for 19 years. I am a Lancaster County native. I pride myself in making my classes accessible to all, from beginner to experienced. While I stumbled into yoga accidentally, it has been a mainstay throughout my life as a means to find inner peace, become more mindful, increase my self love and gain balance and strength. I believe that yoga isn’t about making the perfect yoga pose or being super flexible, but about making space, working with breath and releasing tension in the mind and body. I am so happy to be a part of the DoPurely family and can’t wait to work with you!

She started her Fitness Career 10+ years ago, Personal Training @ P3Fitness and teaching group classes for Baby Boot Camp; all in her hometown of Philadelphia. After stepping away for some years to concentrate her efforts on raising her three daughters, in 2015 Randi was ready to start a new venture in her fitness career in beautiful Lancaster County; she interned and re-established Certification through ACE; and reopened P3Fitness.

    With an emphasis on women's fitness and balanced progressive training, Randi enjoys coaching individuals and small groups into achievement of personal goals! Sessions are always fun and always challenging! With her love for people and for balanced fitness, Randi is very excited to add her own blend of personality, skills and motivation to our team!

    Carrie is a member of Natural Healers Society and a Usui Reiki Master, Animal and Pet Reiki Master. She also has certifications as a Meditation Guide, Energy Healing with Color and Art Practitioner, Real Manifesting Practitioner, Space Clearing Practitioner and in Grief Reiki. She is currently working on earning her Reiki Master Teacher certification and has plans to learn Karuna Ki in the future. While her focus is on Reiki, she also has a passion for Yoga and completed a 200 HR YTT. She is mainly focused on learning the early American style of Yoga as taught by Richard Hittleman, Lilias Folan, Ruth Bender, and Indra Devi. A few years ago, she was unable to walk and had to have spinal surgery. She views any movement as a gift and loves Yoga's exploration of the body and the strength, resilience, and peace that can be found in it's study. She is from Lancaster. Her family and rescue dog are her main loves. She enjoys long walks in nature, watching Australian TV shows, and collects vintage Yoga books. Carrie has an extensive thirst for knowledge and is always reading or researching topics of special interest. She is a frequent contributor to Reiki Rays and is working on some more articles to be published.

    I started my career and love for health with a Baccalaureate of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina. My love for anatomy, exercise and nutrition took me to becoming an instructor in Aerobic exercise. Then the next 31 years, I dove into putting my energy into raising and homeschooling my 9 children and maintaining our farmette and businesses.

    Through these years, I helped my husband battle his cancer through an intense nutritional program under the supervision of Dr.Gonzales PhD in NYC. This wealth of knowledge in health spurred me further to pursue restarting my dance training while also taking local cardio classes in HIT training on Bikes and classes at a local recreation center. It was here I discovered PILATES, a perfect fit for core fitness, strength, flexibility with no Impact on my body. In addition, Pilates cleared up all my aliments and weak points in my body. I loved it! So I decided to pursue BASI Pilates Mat Training so I could become an instructor and pass on my passion to help others attain their goals in strengthening their bodies for their goals and purpose in their lives!
